• A. Yes this item can be descaled, put the liquid descaler into the water tank and fill with boiling water. Once boiled tip out all the water and fill back up with clean water and boil again. Empty once again and your product how now been descaled. Kind Regards

  My wife loves it ( anything plum/purple!). Quick and convenient for one cup tea or coffee or small amounts of hot water when cooking. If you are not sure how much water a mug will take, go for high amount and press x to immediately stop flow. Great product and energy saving, looks fantastic with two LED lights.
