  You can make gluten free bread in the breadmaker, although it doesn't have a gluten free setting. If you email customerhelpline@morphyrichards.co.uk our Customer Care Team requesting a Spelt Flour recipe and further advice on baking Gluten Free bread in this breadmaker they will be happy to advise you.
