Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 25-35mins
Serves: 8-9

Ingredients:

  • 125g butter
  • 125g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 175g caster sugar
  • 80g plain flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 40g white chocolate chips

Method:

Step 1: Start by melting the butter and dark chocolate together. You can either use a small pan and low heat or simply pop them in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth. Give it a few minutes to cool down. While waiting, line a square cake tin with baking parchment.

Step 2: Time to get your air-fryer ready! Preheat it to 160C. Grab an electric whisk and combine the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk away until you get a thickened and creamy texture.

Step 3: It's time to add some magic! Sift over the flour and cocoa powder, then pour in the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Grab a spatula and gently fold everything together until it's nicely combined. Oh, don't forget to stir in those delicious white chocolate chips!

Step 4: Pour your delicious batter into the prepared tin. Now, pop it into the Air Fryer and let it work its magic for about 25-35 minutes. You'll know it's done when it's set with a slight wobble in the centre. Once it's cooked, allow it to cool completely before cutting it into yummy squares.
