1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Morphy Richards Limited, Talbot Road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 8AJ, (CRN: 0644702). All queries regarding this competition must be directed to the Promoter and must be marked “Win a Momento Competition Queries, Marketing Department”. BY ENTERING THIS COMPETITION YOU AGREE THAT THE PROMOTER MAY USE YOU EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND YOU PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS RELATING TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT MAY BE OF INTEREST TO YOU. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS RELATING TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WHICH MAY BE OF INTEREST TO YOU, PLEASE SPECIFY THIS ON YOUR ENTRY.

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter and any of such employees’ families, or any marketing services agency, handling house, or other company. Only one entry per person will be accepted. No purchase is necessary.

3. To Enter
To enter the competition you must send your entry, including the answer to the competition question, your name, addresses, email address and contact telephone number to momentocompetiton@morphyrichards.co.uk. Alternatively you can send your entry by post to: Win a Momento Competition, Marketing Department, Morphy Richards, Talbot Road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 8AJ. The deadline for entries is Thursday 31st July, 2008. Any entries received after this date will not be included in the competition and will be void.

4. Validity
By submitting your entry you will agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted by the Promoter for lost, undelivered, delayed, damaged or mislaid entries. Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your reference.

5. To Win
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries that have provided the correct answer to the competition question.

6.The Prize
The winning entry will be awarded 1 Momento Bean to Cup Coffee maker, Model Number 47815. There is no cash alternative to this prize.

7. Notification
The winning entry will be chosen at random no later than Friday 22nd August 2008 and will be personally notified by the Promoter as soon as practicable after this date. If you wish to see a list of the winners, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Win a Momento Competition, Marketing Department, Morphy Richards, Talbot Road, Mexborough, South Yorkshire, S64 8AJ.

8. Winner Publicity
The Promoter shall have the right to use your name, age, town of residence and likeness, for the purposes of announcing the winners of this competition and for related promotional purposes. You may also be required to take part in post competition publicity.

9. Alteration Amendment or Withdrawal
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the competition without prior notice.

10. Your Personal Data
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at www.morphyrichards.co.uk/Privacy.aspx (the “Privacy Policy”). For a hard copy of the Privacy Policy, please write to the Promoter at the address described in paragraph 1 of these terms. If you do not wish to receive promotional materials relating to products or services which may be of interest to you, please specify this on your entry.
