If you would like to return a faulty or incorrect product or would like to exercise your right to cancel your order please contact our Consumer Care Team. There are dedicated help line numbers for each of the product categories.

Incorrect Goods
If we have sent you a product you hadn't ordered simply contact our Consumer Care Department, then return it to us within 28 working days unused and in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

Damaged or Defective Goods
All our products have at least a 2 year guarantee so if your product stops working within the first 2 years of ownership simply contact our Consumer Care Team who will be happy to talk you through our returns process.

Ambisleep Mattress Toppers

For reasons of hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund or exchange used Ambisleep mattress toppers unless they are faulty. The above condition does not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations please see below.


Your Right to Cancel
You have 7 days from receiving your product in which to cancel if you want to. You will need to contact us to let us know you would like to return the product. You will then have to return the product to the address above unused and in its original packaging. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. There is more information about your right to cancel in our terms and conditions.
