When you register your product we enter you into a prize draw to win £10,000, however registering your product is not all about wining prizes. The information you provide gives us an invaluable insight into our customers, helping us to provide new products that fulfil your needs.

2 year Guarantee

We offer at least a 2 year guarantee on all our products. If a fault develops with your product you should contact our Consumer Care Team on the relevant helpline number quoting the model and serial number on the product, or write to us. We will be happy to help you with your query.

3 Year Guarantee

3 Year Guarantee

We offer a 3 year guarantee on some of our vacuum ranage. The guarantee is only valid when registered directly with us within 28 days of purchase. If you do not register your product within 28 days, it is guaranteed for 2 years. To validate your 3 year guarantee, telephone our consumer helpline on 0844 871 0949. You will receive written confirmation from us. Please refer to your instruction booklet for more details. This is a separate process from the registration process mentioned above.

5 Year Guarantee

Our FoodFusion food preparation products all come with a 2 year guarantee, however if you register your product with us within 28 days of purchase we will extend that guarantee to 5 years.
