2 year Guarantee

We offer a 1 year guarantee on all our products. To qualify for an additonal year (that's 2 years in total) we ask you to register your product within 28 days of your purchase. If a fault develops with your product you should contact our Consumer Care Team.

3 Year Guarantee

We offer a 3 year guarantee on some of our vacuum range. The guarantee is only valid when registered directly with us within 28 days of purchase. If you do not register your product within 28 days, it is guaranteed for 2 years. To validate your 3 year guarantee, telephone our consumer helpline on 0844 871 0949. You will receive written confirmation from us. Please refer to your instruction booklet for more details. This is a separate process from the registration process mentioned above.

5 Year Guarantee

Our FoodFusion food preparation products all come with a 2 year guarantee, however if you register your product with us within 28 days of purchase we will extend that guarantee to 5 years. To register your product simply call our Consumer Care Team on 0844 871 0950, who will register your extended guarantee.
